What we collect

When you report a concern or request assistance, Baagi collects the details you provide: your name, mobile number, optional email and contact method, the issue category, description, location, photographs and urgency.

Why we use it

Your information is used only to record, refer and follow up your matter with the Ward 21 community office and, where needed, the responsible service-delivery institution. We use the minimum details needed to do this.

Who may receive it

Only the Ward 21 community office and the relevant municipal or service department may receive the information needed to act on your report. We never publish your name, number, address or case details publicly.

Consent

You consent to this processing when you submit a report. WhatsApp updates are sent only if you opt in. Campaign or political communications are always separate and never a condition of receiving assistance.

Correction or deletion

You may request correction or deletion of your information by contacting the Ward 21 community office through the methods on the Contact page.
