Baagi is a Ward 21 community and constituency service platform. It helps record and follow up residents' concerns, but it is not an emergency service and does not automatically replace official municipal reporting channels.

Submitting a report or request does not guarantee a specific outcome, resolution time, or confirmation that a matter has reached a municipal department.

For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service. Urgency selections in the app do not replace emergency services.

Reports are accepted regardless of political affiliation. We do not collect voting preference or identity numbers through service forms, and we do not add residents to campaign lists without separate, explicit consent.
